Professional attire

Clothing could be tricky for a beginner. Meticulousness goes a long way of showing that one goes the extra mile to look confident. A well dressed individual displays a high standard of knowledge of the modern business culture.

Business Professional

Colors:

Buy suits and pants together (two-piece outfit).
All leathers the same color. (Watch strap, Belt, Shoes)
All metals the same color. (Watch, belt buckle, pen, spectacles, tie pin, cufflinks)
Full length socks and trousers the same color OR atleast any neutral color.
Light colored shirts only. Dark shirts for Fridays.

Clothing:

All clothes neatly ironed -- shirts and pants
Buy 2 white shirts, wear only on special events.
Clean, white hankerchief.
Get a good shirt with cufflinks. Shows confidence.
NO LINEN. Creases quickly. Could wear on Fridays.

Shoes:

Buy two 'oxford' shoes. Alternate between them for longer life.
Well polished.
Use wax for longer life of leather shoes -- keeps moisture away.
Do not use liquid shine.
Dust, wax, wax stitchings with smaller brush, buff.
Extra shine on tips.

Hair:

Should not touch collar.
Should be well kept and shaped. Use water based gel if needed.
Clean shave JUST before the event -- helps avoid green-ish tiny beard.
Beard should be well trimmed and consistent. No patchy beard.
Grow longer beard during holidays.

Body:

Nails should be well trimmed, shaped, and preferrably manicured.
Moisturise your hands.
No excessive perfume.
Deodrants.

Carrying out the outfit:

Button the suit when standing/walking. Open button when sitting. DONOT unbutton when standing.
New hankerchief everyday.
Tighten belt enough to keep shirt in place.
Use a tie pin if needed.

Polos.
Individual blazers are okay.
Black shirts are okay.
Linen are okay.
Loafers are okay. Formal Shoes are good too.
